Overview

You can use RESTful Interfaces for various purposes, such as configuring functions, managing users and queues, and viewing conversation history.

This document outlines the user rights required to access RESTful interfaces in Sinch Contact Pro. Rights are managed through user groups and roles in System Configurator (SC). By default, you are granted full rights to any objects you create, such as queues, users, or schedules. Additionally, you have the right to view your own information.

You can check your rights in SC using the View summary of rights option.
