Connection details for Internet SIP trunks

This section lists details such as IP addresses and ports of Internet SIP trunks and shows examples of SIP URI and headers.

DNS name of SIP endpoint

EU[tenant name].sbc1-eu-c1.cc.sinch.com

You find the tenant name in the logon URL, for example https://login-eu-c1.cc.sinch.com/[tenant name]/launchpad/.

SIP encryption

Supported TLS versions cipher suites are:
  • TLSv1.2 cipher suites: (recommended)
    • To list the ciphers, use OpenSSL ciphers HIGH:!SHA:!AES128:!aNUL
  • TLSv1.3 cipher suites:
    • TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
    • TLS_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256
    • TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256

Authentication

SIP authentication is possible for outgoing calls (Sinch Contact Pro receives a challenge from the SIP trunk.)
