Presence Management

Creating presence, conference and absence profiles that users use in Communication Panel to indicate their availability

The selected profile defines how inbound calls are handled.

The following default profiles are available in the system:

• Available (type: presence)

• Away (type: absence)

• Business trip (type: absence)

• Conference call (type: conference)

  This profile is not available in Communication Panel.

• Leave of absence (type: absence)

• Lunch (type: presence)

• Meeting (type: absence)

• Vacation (type: absence)
