Tenant provisioning

Sinch Contact Pro is delivered as a cloud service. In the tenant provisioning phase, Sinch:

  1. Provides a tenant within five working days after signing of the contract.

  2. Provides a superuser as a starting point to further configuration. Sinch provides details of the superuser account to the technical administrator. Either the customer or their selected partner uses the superuser account to configure the system (users, queues, schedules, etc.).

  3. Emails needed URLs to all contacts (main contact, technical administrator, financial contact) when provisioning is complete:

Invoicing starts when tenant provisioning is completed. It is also the starting point for the SLA measurement.
