Overview

Dashboard is a web-based standalone application.

It primarily presents statistics that concentrate on both current-day and historical activities within the contact center. It utilizes tables, graphical representations of data, and user interfaces to manage a broader range of contact center tasks. Depending on your user rights, you can view:

  • agents and their ongoing and handled conversations, as well as change agents' settings
  • conversations and their statuses
  • progress and status of campaigns

In addition to the statistical information, you can:

  • manage disruption events such as power outages by defining information played by an IVR to customers
  • send SMS messages to individual recipients or groups of people
  • create creating emergency locations (supported in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands)
