Configuring mobile app settings

The Show QR code for app setup in Communication Panel or Launchpad setting enables the user to access their individual QR code for provisioning the mobile app on their iPhone or iPad.

This setting is available on user and user setting template levels. The setting on the user level overrides the setting on the user settings template level.

Note:

To enable showing the QR code option in Launchpad, contact Sinch.

If you select this field, the users will see the QR code. If you don't select the field, the users won't see the QR code.
