Installing
When the prerequisite software has been installed, Sinch Contact Pro software packages can be installed with the IA tool.

  Sinch Contact Pro users can view monitoring data with SAP BusinessObjects (BO).
  - Creating ODBC Data Sources
    Both the ODBC Data Sources (32-bit) and ODBC Data Sources (64-bit) must be defined to enable reading monitoring data without locking them. Carry out this process on the BO Server. Usually these 64-bit Windows systems, use the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe command.

    Using SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio requires additionally that a package DESIGN STUDIO BIP ADD ON is installed on the Business Objects Platform server, real-time views require that the client software DESIGN STUDIO CLIENT creates projects and publishes them into server, and data refresh requires the Timeout component that is part of SDK Design Studio SN Community Basics package.

Importing Monitoring Package to BO System

Sinch Contact Pro monitoring universe for SAP BusinessObjects is delivered in the package SAP_Contact_Center_Monitoring.lcmbiar.

SAP BusinessObjects system must be available. For more information, see SAP BusinessObjects inofmation on SAP Help Portal.

To start the management console, select Start > Programs > SAP BusinessObjects BI platform 4 > SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Central Management Console.
Log on to the system using the Administrator account.
Select Promotion Management in the Manage column on the right.
Select Import > Import file.
Select the file SAP_Contact_Center_Monitoring.lcmbiar from the file system and select OK.
Set values for restoring:
1. Save Job in: Click Browse, select Promotion Jobs and click OK.
2. Destination: Select BusinessObjects server (the one you have logged on).
3. When all fields are filled, click Create and the Job properties view opens.
Click Promote, the Promote view opens.
Click the Promote button, the package is imported to the system.

Promotion Job list should show a new job.
Select the job and click History to verify that the job has succeeded. Close the view by selecting x from the upper right corner, and log off from Central Management Console.
