Embedded Communications Framework (ECF)
ECF is a platform for the following Sinch Contact Pro user interfaces: Communication Panel, Dashboard, Visitor Chat Configurator, and Data Protection Officer (DPO) Tool.
Using OpenUI5

Installing
When the prerequisite software has been installed, Sinch Contact Pro software packages can be installed with the IA tool.

Using OpenUI5

Use

As of FP21, Communication Panel, Launchpad, and Data Protection Officer (DPO) Tool use OpenUI5 instead of SAPUI5.

Procedure

Use OpenUI5 as a reference from SAP.
