Notification Messages

Communication Panel shows the following notification messages:

The message disappears automatically, but you can also dismiss it by clicking the x icon.

Windows notifications

Appears as a banner or in Action Center

  • Auto-allocation conversation: Accept or Decline

  • Hunt group call: Pick (adds to conversation list) or Mute (silences and removes popup for 30s)

To show users Windows notifications of incoming conversations, enable the notifications:

  1. Go to your browser's notification settings:

    • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Permissions > Notifications

    • Edge: Settings > Cookies and Site permissions > Notifications

    • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Settings > Permissions > Notifications

  2. Enable notification sending.

  3. Add the Communication Panel URL as an allowed site.

  4. Confirm your notification behaviour from Windows Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
