Overview
This Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) gives an overview of the requirements, strategies, and proposed actions necessary to rapidly and effectively recover operations following an event that impacts the Sinch Contact Pro service.
It focuses on recovering the service and is a part of Sinch Corporate Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Scope
This document only applies to employees of the Sinch Contact Pro organization and works as a framework for the crisis management team. For customers, this document is information-only.
Purpose
The purpose of this DRP is to ensure that the organization is ready to respond immediately to an event that destroys or severely impacts Sinch Contact Pro. This DRP will be followed in the following situations:
- Physical damage to Sinch Contact Pro data centers.
- Any event causing service interruption that will significantly impact the ability of Sinch Contact Pro to meet availability requirements, in this document referred to as an “outage.”
