Chat prompts
Chat prompts are pre-written messages that can contain dynamic information such as position in queue.
Sinch Contact Pro has prompt types for the following situations:
Prompt type | Used when |

Agent session lost |
Agent loses the internet connection and the connection doesn’t return during resilience time. |
Disconnection |
Agent or customer using WhatsApp ends the conversation |
Idle session warning |
Conversation has been inactive and will be disconnected |
In queue |
Conversation is in queue |
Internal transfer |
The system transfers the conversation to another queue. This is not used when an agent transfers a conversation. |
Queue full |
Queue is full. |
Service closed |
Queue is closed. |
Welcome |
Customer enters the queue. |
Similarly to email prompts you need to define the content for the messages yourself and create a schedule to start using them.
