Email prompts are automatic messages that you can sent out to customers.

Sinch Contact Pro has prompt types for the following situations: when email is received (Email received message) and when it's allocated to an agent (Email allocated to agent message).

You need to define the content for the messages yourself and create a schedule to start using them.
