    In the Devices block, you can see the user's devices registered for the mobile app. You can also block and delete devices. The system only allows each user to have a maximum of three registered devices.

  A technical anonymous user is needed to ensure that only authorized access to reply templates is allowed.

Configuring mobile app settings

The Show QR code for app setup in Communication Panel or Launchpad setting enables the user to access their individual QR code for provisioning the mobile app on their iPhone or iPad.

This setting is available on user and user setting template levels. The setting on the user level overrides the setting on the user settings template level.

Note:

To enable showing the QR code option in Launchpad, contact Sinch.

There are three options on the user level:

Empty: If you select this option, the corresponding checkbox in the user settings template determines if the QR code is shown.
Off: The user won't see the QR code.
On: The user sees the QR code.
