Managing user's devices
In the Devices block, you can see the user's devices registered for the mobile app. You can also block and delete devices. The system only allows each user to have a maximum of three registered devices.
You must have Manage rights to User's Devices.
Column | Description |

Identifier | The device's ID in Sinch Contact Pro |
Model name | The model of the device or third-party application name |
OS version | The operating system version of the device or the third-party application version |
Last app login | The date and time when the app last logged in on this device |
Blocked | If the user is blocked from using the app Blocking means the user can't access the app with this device. This can be useful, for example, if the user misplaces their device. To block a user, select their row in the table and click Block above the table. You can return the user's access by clicking Unblock. |
Status | The status of the device in Sinch Contact Pro If the device has been deleted, you'll see status Deleted until the batch job server run deletes the device from the system. To delete a user, select their row in the table and click Delete above the table.You can't undo a deletion. The user can reinstall the app on the same device. |
