Releases
New versions of Sinch Contact Pro are released quarterly and updated to all tenants by Sinch. New releases contain new functionality and bug fixes. Release contents are documented in What’s new documents.
For planned release dates, see the release schedule. After the RTC date, Sinch only supports the latest version. Skipping version update is not recommended.
Release upgrade is completed in two phases, Release to Test (RTT) and Release to Customer (RTC). On the RTT date, the new release is installed into customers’ test tenants. The time period between RTT and RTC is called field testing. After the field testing phase, the new release is installed into customers’ production tenants on RTC day.
