Terminating the service

Upon expiration or termination of the agreement, Sinch destroys any customer data in its possession after 30 days, unless contract between Sinch and the customer is extended, or Sinch receives written request to deliver customer data at least thirty days before termination of the agreement.

Sinch uses reasonable efforts to deliver the backup to the customer within thirty days of its receipt of such a written request. The customer pays all reasonable fees and expenses incurred by Sinch in returning of the customer’s data.
