Find tasks

This section shows you how to find tasks in Communication Panel and Dashboard.

Communication Panel

In Communication Panel:

  1. Go to the History view and select the detailed search.

  2. Use the Conversation type filter to drill down your search:

    • to see all kinds of tasks, select Emails

    • to see action items, select Action items

    • to see XRI tasks, select Tasks

    In the Queue field, you can narrow the search down to a specific queue.

  3. Click Search.

Dashboard

  1. Go to the Conversations view.

  2. Click Filters and drill down your search:

    • to see all kinds of tasks, select column Channel and value Email

    • to see action items, select column Subtype and value action item

    • to see XRI tasks, select column Subtype and value task

    By using Queue as an additional filter, you can narrow the search down to a specific queue.

  3. Click Search.
