Find tasks
This section shows you how to find tasks in Communication Panel and Dashboard.
Communication Panel
In Communication Panel:

Go to the History view and select the detailed search.

Use the Conversation type filter to drill down your search:

to see all kinds of tasks, select Emails

to see action items, select Action items

to see XRI tasks, select Tasks
In the Queue field, you can narrow the search down to a specific queue.

- Click Search.
Dashboard

Go to the Conversations view.

Click Filters and drill down your search:

to see all kinds of tasks, select column Channel and value Email

to see action items, select column Subtype and value action item

to see XRI tasks, select column Subtype and value task
By using Queue as an additional filter, you can narrow the search down to a specific queue.
