Getting Started
To start using Communication Panel, you need a user account and a login address.
- Log In / Log Out
- Define Your Audio Device
- Join and Leave Queues
  Join the queue to receive conversations from it.
- Make a Phone Call
- Handle a Conversation
- Search
  You may need to search different items in various views, such as Queues, Picklist, History, and Directory.
- Change Status
  Inform the system if you are ready to receive conversations.
- Select Presence Profile
  A Presence Profile is used to inform others about your availability. Additionally, administrators may have defined presence profiles that are linked with a queue group so that by selecting that profile you join the queues of that group. Presence Profile can also be changed in Dashboard. In this case, the Communication Panel user will see a message in Communication Panel that the profile has been changed by the supervisor.

Log In / Log Out

To open the application, you need to navigate to an address provided by your administrator. Then you can log in with a username and password, or you can be logged-in automatically with a certificate.

Navigate to the address provided.
Log in with your username and password:
1. Enter the username and password.
2. Click the Log In button, or press Enter.
You'll see a banner message at the top right of the view related to your softphone's status.
The system will let you know when your softphone is ready and you can start handling calls.

To log out, click the User Menu > Log Out button.
