System Configurator (SC)

The following changes and improvements have been made in System Configurator.

Skill-Based Routing

Skill reduction can now be applied to skill requirements that are not configured for a queue with the setting Extend Skill Reduction. This is available for all channels in channel and queue settings.

Java 8 Support

We will discontinue support for Java 8 in Sinch Contact Pro 23Q2 release. For more information, see the community post Discontinuation of Java 8 support.

Support for macOS

It is now possible to use System Configurator with the Mac operating system. This is an open beta in this release and we ask you to report possible issues via tickets. The Java 11 is the recommended version for Mac users.
