The following changes and improvements have been made in System Configurator.
DTMF keypress configuration
It's now possible to define several DTMF keypresses in . The supported keys are:

numbers: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

standard symbols:
*(star) and#(pound/hash)
You can define the call to be forward to voicemail or another queue. You can also choose to disconnect the call or disconnect and play the busy tone.
New subtype for Chat ID
To support the WhatsApp Business-Scoped User ID (BSUID), it's now possible add a directory field for the BSUID by choosing the subtype whatsapp for the type 25 - Chat ID.
When the WhatsApp field is included in the agent's directory template, they can add the customer's BSUID to the Directory.
