Dashboard

The following changes and improvements have been made in the area of Dashboard.

Note: We would like to inform you that the current Dashboard application will be retired in a future upcoming release. To ensure you continue to have access to the latest features and improvements, we strongly encourage you to switch to the new Dashboard application. The new version offers enhanced functionality, improved performance, and a more user-friendly interface.

New Dashboard

The new Dashboard is taking shape! In this release, we've added these additional views:

SMS messages
Emergency locations

We've also added Queue status and Serving status cards to the Statistics view.

In addtion to this, the Disruptions view now supports SMS sending.

Outgoing IVR

Dashboard and reporting now show outgoing calls made by a custom IVR. The number is defined in IVR's callout element.

It's possible to filter calls based on a subtype outgoing IVR in the new Dashboard.

Conversation details also show reporting events related to the outgoing IVR.
