On-hold music

Contact Pro prompts include a on-hold music that is free to use. If you want to change the music, you can do so. But when adding music as a prompt make sure you are not violating any copyrights. If you use copyrighted music, you must pay royalties to the legal copyright owners.

Change the on-hold music the same way as other prompts:

1. Create the prompt file.

   

2. Save the prompt.

   

3. Go to Schedules and define the new on-hold music for queue(s).
